Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

Return Policy If you are not 100% completely satisfied with your products you may return them within 30 days of purchase for a Store Credit or full refund (less costs of shipping) provided they are unused, have not been immersed in water, are in new condition, with original packaging, cards, manuals etc. We do allow returns past 30 days please contact us first.

There are some exceptions. Custom Ordered Items Closeout items

A new product that you have used that encounters a problem will usually be replaced or repaired by the manufacture. We will facilitate this process for you. Items listed with extended ship times like "Ships in 5-7 days" are usually special order.

An RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization #) is not required prior to shipping the product back to us. But if you unsure about the return please contact our Customer Service Department by phone or Email. Please make sure you enclose a copy of the invoice or packing slip with your return. Indicate if you would like a refund, credit or exchange.

Once the item is received it will be inspected, restocked and based upon your preference either an exchange, Store Credit or a Refund will be issued in the same manner which it was paid for, less the shipping charge. Diveseekers has the right to refuse a return or exchange if it does not meet these conditions.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries. If your country is not listed in the drop down please send us an email. It may be an over-site. We do not ship to any countries embargoed by the United States. Some countries are excluded because unreliable shipping to the destination. Including but not limited to: Russia, Mexico, Brazil, and Venezuela

Available options for international shipping 1st Class mail. This is weight limited depending on the receiving country to usually about 3 pounds. Can take at least 1-2 weeks for delivery. There is no insurance or recourse for lost or late 1st class mail. Use this option at your own risk. We will not refund or reship missing 1st class mail shipments. Priority Mail. Usually delivered within 1-2, usually traceable (some countries do not provide data, insured. DHL. Usually delivered 2-4 days. Similar pricing to priority mail but much faster. International package recipients should be prepared to pay local duties and/or taxes upon delivery. We can not predict these fees as they are assessed by the receiving country. Failure to pay fees will usually result in the package eventually being returned to us. We will not refund the freight or fees if returned.
